One shortcoming with the TV’s audio is that its volume level changes too slowly from a quiet channel to a loud one. The TV audio is decent enough for most TV shows although you would not depend on it for blockbuster movies. Nevertheless, its overall quality is still much better than most of the other HDTVs on the market.
For gaming purposes, the PN51D7000 performed rather well too. There is little delay between the controller and the screen. The Game Mode that is present in the TV does help to some extent in enhancing the gaming experience.
